Biographical note
Jason E. Portnof, DMD, MD and Timothy Leung,
MPH, DMD, MD are both licensed dentists and
medical residents in oral and maxillofacial
surgery at Weill Medical College of Cornell
University (New York, NY). Dr. Portnof graduated
fifth in his class and with honors from Nova
Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine
(Fort Lauderdale, FL). Dr. Leung received his DMD
from The University of Pennsylvania, one of the
top dental schools in the US.
Tao Le, MD, lead author of many First Aid books,
is series editor. He is dedicated to publishing
quality review books for medical and dental
students. Dr. Le is a practicing
allergist/immunologist in Louisville, KY and is
affiliated with University of Louisville School
of Medicine and The Johns Hopkins University
School of Medicine.
