Author Information
Pamela Waterman is the author of The Absolute Best Play Days, The Braces
Cookbook, and JumpStart 5th Grade Activities. She is an engineer and a
former spokesperson for the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO)
and has contributed articles to publications such as Better Homes and
Gardens, Cricket Magazine, FamilyFun, and Highlights Magazine, and
www.Braces.org, the public information website of the AAO. Amee Hoge is
a culinary instructor and media chef who graduated from the French
Culinary Institute of New York City. She has appeared on the Arizona
Midday Show and is a contributor to Raising Arizona Kids’ magazine. They
both live in Mesa, Arizona.
